Basic requirements for becoming healthy by eating regular food

First information:
What is interesting to read about in several books about anatomy and physiology, that clearly describes the stomach and stomach function.  I usually say that there are three cornerstones that together forms a triangle within anatomy and physiology that everyone should know about:

First cornerstone:
The fat that we consume does not enter the bloodstream.

The amino acid is the last degradation of the proteins. The amino acid is transported via diffusion to the capillaries.
Monosaccharide is the last degradation of the carbohydrates that we consume. They are transported through diffusion out to the capillaries.
Chylomicrons is the last degradation of the fat. Chylomicrons are taken via exocytosis to the lymphatic system.
This means that the fat that we consume is transported into the lymphatic system. The lymphatic eventually leaves some of the fast to the blood as cholesterol. This cholesterol is used to repair the blood vessels. The fat is necessary to protect and rebuild our nervous system. The redundance of a fat intake is stored in our bodies as fat tissue and is used as energy when necessary.
The protein is the building blocks to all cells in our body including all hormones, enzymes and peptides.
Carbohydrates are used as energy for the body. If we eat enough fat and protein, the food does not need to contain carbohydrates. All carbohydrates that we eat are different sugar compounds.

Second cornerstone:
Sugar is converted to fat that via the liver enters into the bloodstream.

But now something happens! After a meal rich in carbohydrates the uptake of glucose increases. Glycogen, which is a polysaccharid and continues to the glycogen, is now formed in the liver cells. The glycogen represents 5 % of the total liver weight.
If the glucose supply continues to be large, the liver cells forms fat, triglycerides, from the glucose.
The liver cells produce a protein shell, a protein coat, around most parts of the tridglycerid molecules and now these lipid-proteins compounds can be transported into the bloodstream!
In other words; the fat, cholesterol, that we do not want in our blood comes from the intake of carbohydrate!

Third cornerstone:
The human enzymes cannot digest fibers.

Another important knowledge is about the fibers in our diet. This information is very concise: Cellulose is the backbone of plants cell walls and contains, like starch and glycogen of glucose units (parts?).
However, these are linked together in such way that none of the enzymes in the intestines can sliver the units. Cellulose and other carbohydrates with similar units are the fiber content of our diet. A degree of digestion takes place in the large intestine but that depends on bacterial enzymes!

Summary
Overall, it can be concluded, that it is the handling of carbohydrates that is most interesting aspect when it comes to how to get healthy by eating. Over the years, it has over and over been proved that it is the carbohydrates in its various forms, that causes secondary problems in our body; the stomach causes discomfort of gas, pain, colic, constipation, diarrhoea etc..
In other parts of our body other symptoms appears such as various forms of pains; migraines, pain associated with menstruation, muscle pain, back pain, tennis elbow and other daily irritable health conditions. Other symptoms include fatigue, lack of sleep, bad dreams, bad mood, depression and other similar mental and emotional problems.

Second information
Underlying causes of disturbances in the gastro-intestnal tract

Whenever something happens in our lives, our immune system reacts.
About 70 percent of our immune system is represented in the gastrointestinal tract. It may be an instant reaction of a severe event or the symptoms may appear slowly over a long time, maybe over a year.

For most people the incident comes as a surprise. For a while, all is quiet, and you catch your breath. Some start crying and need to do so. Handkerchiefs are always nearby.

After that we talk about what impact the incident has have, and is still having in the persons life. We also talk about how it feels after the conversation. A great relief and liberation occur and that is the main pillar in the way to restore the health. The stressed immune system feeds, which facilitate healing.

1.  Heredity
For how long has the problem existed? Perhaps the answer is: all my life. It makes one think about family-linked heredity. Celiac disease and various allergic reactions to food is the first question to ask. Siblings, parents and relatives on both maternal and paternal side.

2.  Family histories through four generations

3.  Traumatic events
Severe events in life causes the body to respond with immune reactions, reactions from the digestive tract or secondarily out in the body. Example of such events may be; deaths within the family, serious illness, divorce, bullying, serious infections, accidents, abuse, war experiences, abuse, surgery on the trunk and head, etc.

4. Medical side effects
Some medical side effects may occur in he stomach and also in the rest of the body. Drugs referring to are hormone treatments and vaccinations.

5.  Unknown causes

Last example:
Female 48 years old. Diarrhoea since 2 months back, numbness in the face and lost 10 kilo in weight. Was assessed by doctors as severely mentally ill. On sick leave and was prescribed two different psychotropic drugs which were not withdrawed from the pharmacy. Gets in contact via a friend.

Analysis shows sudden attach of diarrhoea, abdominal cramps, nausea and some vomiting.  She has an intense personality and is a read-head. Partners mother died of colon cancer for about five months ago.

There are two things in the diet that can cause this: lactose in milk and gluten in bread. To receive a quick reaction free milk product and a gluten-free diet is prescribed. Another appointment after three weeks is needed because of the severe weight loss.

The woman is completely recovered. Diarrhoea ceased almost directly. Have botched a few times with eating gluten and has become quite ill with stomach cramps and vomiting. Has returned back to work where she has been missed. Is now happy and content. Recall in about eight weeks.
